With the holidays approaching, a lot of people will be spending time with loved ones. There will be a lot of festivities, and I encourage everyone to look for the positive in the Holiday Season. For some there may be a lingering legal issue on their mind, while others had a list of things to accomplish by year end and is not even close to complete. Those tasks and issues will still be there. Try to enjoy time with your family and make a plan to hit 2015 with a positive "can do" attitude. Remember the holidays bring families together. This may be a great time to discuss important issues such as whether the family Trust and Will is updated.
